Your First Visit

Comprehensive Medical Weight Evaluation (60 minutes)

Currently FREE through the end of January 2026.

This initial visit is designed to give you clarity, direction, and a personalized medical foundation for your wellness journey.

If you choose to enroll in a membership within 14 days of your evaluation, $250 will be credited toward your first two months of membership.

What this visit includes:

  • In-depth review of medical, family, social, and weight history

  • Detailed review of diet, exercise, and prior weight loss efforts

  • Discussion of barriers impacting health and weight goals

  • Blood pressure assessment and focused physical exam

  • Body composition analysis with personalized review

  • Initial medical assessment and care pathway discussion

This visit is a comprehensive clinical evaluation and does not obligate you to enroll in any program.

Three Simple Steps

During this hour visit Dr. Bhatnagar will get to know YOU. 

 

She will do a deep dive into your weight and wellness journey, determine a workup, and together you will come up with a tentative plan of action to achieve your goals. 

You will obtain a Body Composition Analysis that will allow you to see your percentage of body fat vs. your muscle mass, which can assist in creating goals and tailoring your treatment plan. 

Note: Labs will be submitted through your insurance.  If you have a HMO plan you may be required to get labs through your primary care physician/you can have the option of paying out of pocket.
